• One Coordinator For Reception and Ceremony

• Full day event management for a maximum of 6 hours

• Meet with me (possibly at venue)  to discuss vision for the day of the wedding

• pass out timeline for vendors and important people in the wedding party or event

• Personalized Ceremony line-up

• Vendor refferals

• Signal start of ceremony with Officiant

• Make sure Vendors arrive on time and instruct them as to where they should set up

• Make sure lighting and decor are properly set up

• Make sure champagne is being poured for toasts

• Package all memobrilia and gifts and carry them to car

• Maximum of 3 phone calls, emails, text messages

 

 *This deal is for 50-100 guests only anything over that may be subjected to an additional fee.

 *This deal is not to exceed maxium hours or will be subjected to a fee of  $50 hour

 *Part day coordinating also availble but this deal cannot be changed it is for Full day Coordination only.
